DigiAdapt runs a deliberately minimal website. We set no cookies, we use no third-party tracking, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising. This policy explains the little we do collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

2. Cookies — we don't use any
This website sets no cookies. It does not use localStorage or sessionStorage to track you, and it does not fingerprint your device or browser.
Because we store nothing on your device, you will not see a cookie consent banner. There is nothing to consent to.
Fonts are served from our own servers rather than a third-party font service, so loading a page on this site does not disclose your visit to a font provider.
3. What we collect
a. When you use the contact form
We collect your first name, last name, company, email address, your message, and optionally how you heard about us. This is the information you choose to type in.
b. When you book a call
Our booking page is hosted by Google Calendar on Google's own domain, not on this website. If you book a call, you provide your name, email address and anything you choose to add in the booking form, and Google processes that information to create the appointment. Following the booking link takes you to Google's site, where Google's own privacy policy also applies. We do not embed the booking tool in this website, so no Google cookies are set by visiting digiadapt.net.
c. When you email or call us
We hold the contents of your correspondence and your contact details, for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of our dealings with you.
d. Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. It is a privacy-preserving, cookieless service: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not build profiles of individuals or track them across sites. We see aggregate counts, not identifiable people.
e. Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request — IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser type — which is used to serve the site securely and diagnose faults. This is inherent to how the web works and is not used to identify or profile you.
4. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract:
- Netlify — website hosting and contact form submissions.
- Cloudflare — cookieless website analytics, and a proxy service that fetches public industry news for our AdTech Intel page. That proxy does not receive your personal data.
- Google Workspace — hosting the mailbox that receives your enquiry and our correspondence with you.
We may also disclose personal data to professional advisers, or where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on an appropriate safeguard — normally the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum where it is not.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work — up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records — for the duration of the engagement and six years afterwards, to meet UK tax, accounting and limitation requirements.
- Analytics — aggregate data retained by Cloudflare for approximately six months. It does not identify you.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR and, where it applies to you, EU GDPR, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict how we use it;
- object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests;
- receive certain data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent, where we have relied on consent.
To exercise any of these, email swami@digiadapt.net. We will respond within one month. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK's supervisory authority:

10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We keep the personal data we hold to a minimum, restrict access to it, and use reputable providers with their own security programmes. No system is perfectly secure, but the small amount of data we hold limits the risk to you.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
